Return Policy

FAQ

    Consumers have free return within 7 days (include weekend) in light of Consumer Protection Act. It is“consideration period” and "is not a probationary period”. Even if you may want to return merchandise, keeping all are new and completely packing during 7 days warranty period. If merchandise has been opened and a little bit blemish you use on it or resale to other one, you don’t return, besides merchandise has blemished when you take it first.     The warranty period isn’t probationary period. You may want to return if merchandise must be new entirely. Please pay attention to a bit narrative below.

(1)You don’t return if Item, item tag or packaging has been open, destroyed or contaminated.

(2)You don’t return such as lack accessories, gifts or packaging and so on.

(3) Please keep original wrapping methods to send us, including no damage on packaging, merchandise, wrapping paper, catalog of merchandise, tag and gifts and so forth if you may feel like returning. When you lost box, use other box to wrap the merchandise outside with original packaging. Please glue any papers and write on original packaging. We cannot accept your return when all items in box has been destroy or lost!

(4)Other oversight of the inspection is necessary or may be attributed to the buyer or the recipient of the cause and result in damage to the goods, loss or change.

Reminder

Before you return, please repackagegoods and put receipt and gift into box. You can't return if the goods arerepackaged incompletely.
